By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by neko4d through the neko4d.fun website or the official neko4d mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as a member) and neko4d.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the neko4d customer support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and the verification process is complete.

To the extent permitted by law, neko4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
